an akari puzzle.

we can place these two lights according to the same theme as 458: now, observe that we cannot place a light in either of the red squares, as one forces the other, and if both lights are on the blue X cannot be rescued. now note that in order to rescue the red X, one of the two blue squares must have a light. these two conflict with the green lights, which means all other squares on the red lines are eliminated (line-counting).

also note that this red x must also be lit by one of the two blue squares, and that if we light the green square adjacent to the 2, we must also light the other green square. these would completely block off the blue squares, so no light can be placed in the green squares.

now note that we cannot place lights in the green squares, otherwise the red 1 would be suffocated. following the flow from here:

(ignore the two x’s in the third-to-last row, they shouldn’t be there)

note that if we don’t place the light on the blue square, no lights can be placed on the two Xs due to the necessity of the green and red squares (line-counting). therefore, the circled X cannot be rescued. it then follows that the blue square must be lit.

from here, just follow the flow!
